Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed usually ship the next business day after payment has cleared and typically arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Shipping cost is 15 EUR to any country within the E.U., for the vast majority of our products (heavy or large products excluded). The exact shipping cost for your order will be displayed in your shopping cart during check out. We ship only to European Union (E.U.) countries.
Returns & Replacements
We want you to be completely satisfied when shopping with us, which is why we inspect your order carefully before shipping it to you. If a product did not meet your expectations or you are not satisfied with a purchase you may return the product for a replacement or a refund within 7 days of the receipt of your order. To return your product for a refund, replacement or exchange, just contact our Customer Service Department via our Contact Form and we will send instructions. 1) Carefully pack and send the package to us. 2) Please allow 3 business days from our receipt of your return to process your return items. 3) Total order amount will be transferred to your bank account. Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns are paid by the customer.

If everything is O.K., press the “Proceed to Checkout” button. Register, or choose to checkout as a Guest without registration. Follow the simple instructions to complete your order! ALL PRICES INCLUDE GREEK V.A.T. 24%.
Payment
You will receive a email with total amount including shipping and our Bank Details for Wire/Bank Transfer. We will process your order once we have received your payment and you should receive an "Order Processed" email from us.
